ABOUT ME
My Background
I’m a Mechanical Engineering student in the Honors College at Purdue University, originally from Indiana, with a strong interest in product design, manufacturing, and construction. I enjoy working on projects that move from concept to reality—bridging the gap between design intent and functional, real-world implementation.
Over the past several years, I’ve gained hands-on experience in both field and manufacturing environments. At Holder Construction, I worked on large-scale data center projects, managing submittals, RFIs, and contractor coordination while navigating the challenges of building in active facilities. At Tell Manufacturing, I focused on industrial maintenance and safety, conducting inspections, standardizing preventive maintenance, and helping resolve equipment issues to improve operational reliability.
At Purdue, I’ve applied my skills across a wide range of technical projects: optimizing heat transfer through fin geometry testing, performing aerodynamic analysis of golf club heads in a wind tunnel, reverse engineering RC vehicles into scalable CAD assemblies, and developing a fully functional analog audio equalizer circuit. I’ve also led the design and prototyping of a cam-driven Piranha Plant action toy as part of a semester-long product development course.
Beyond engineering, I’ve consistently looked for ways to contribute through mentorship and leadership. Whether helping first-year students in design labs, collaborating on interdisciplinary teams, or tutoring high school students in math, I value sharing knowledge and working toward collective success.
With a foundation in mechanical design, systems thinking, and practical problem solving, I’m excited to keep growing as an engineer and contribute to projects that improve how things are built, made, and experienced—both locally and globally.
